How does this all work?
Our team of Getaway Concierge’s are here to give you an unforgettable, stress free vacation to celebrate the big milestones in your life! To get started, visit the Contact page and fill out the Vibe form. From there, we will setup a virtual meeting, or send you a comprehensive questionnaire to discuss your vision. Determined by the service options you choose, we put together a detailed estimate for your getaway. Once approved, we begin the planning and you just show up!
How much does this cost?
All Getaways are custom built to suit your unique needs so we do not offer set package pricing. After your free consultation, we will provide a custom quote.
Where do you host getaways?
That’s up to you babe! Some of the most popular destinations include: Atlanta, Nashville, Chicago, Milwaukee, Miami, Austin, Denver, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Sedona, and Charleston. But, we’ve got our passports ready to go just about any where you want to celebrate!
What types of services do you offer?
You need it, we can do it! That is, as long as it’s legal. A few examples of our most requested services include: booking accommodations and travel arrangements, finding unique experiences, working with private chefs and caterers for intimate celebrations, hotel/home/AirBnB decorating, bar/kitchen stocking, photography, custom swag, etc.
What about tipping?
If you travel with one of our Getaway Concierge’s we will handle tipping on all excursions, tours and activities booked through us. Tips for food, beverage and activities booked on your own are not included.
Tips for your Getaway Concierge Team are always appreciated but never expected or required.
What if we need to cancel?
Payments for your getaway are final sale. After a contract is signed, we begin the planning! Because of this, there are no refunds on our service fees. We will refund all monies collected after canceling 3rd party vendors. Amount refunded will be determined by the 3rd party refund policies.
If your trip is postponed to a new date within one calendar year of the original travel date and your location remains the same, we will charge a 20% reschedule fee. All 3rd party bookings will be handled per their cancelation/change of date policies and same pricing is not guaranteed for a future date.
If your trip is postponed or a new destination is selected after the planning process has started, all our services fees will be charged again.
COVID or other acts of nature do not serve as an exception to this cancellation policy. For more details on our booking agreement and policies, please send us an email at itsavibegetaways@gmail.com.
What can we expect if we travel with a Getaway Concierge?
Traveling with a Getaway Concierge is like traveling with a BFF, personal assistant and party planner all wrapped into one. Your dedicated concierge will be present as little or as often as you want. They will arrive early and ensure that your accommodations are stocked with your favorite snacks and beverages, decorate the space to fit your celebration theme and make sure everything is up to our high standards.
During your getaway, they can travel with you on your excursions to carry the bags, order the drinks, be your personal photographer, make sure no one gets left behind….you know, everything you don’t want to have to do while you’re enjoying yourself.
The accommodations for your Getaway Concierge will be determined based off your preferences as well. We know you want to celebrate with your closest family and friends and we don’t want to get in the way. If you want your Getaway Concierge to stay onsite, a private bedroom and bathroom are required.
Travel and accommodations for your Getaway Concierge is built into the price so there will be no extra surprise fees.
